Government acquires Bishal Bazar shares worth Rs 4 billion 7 years after court verdict

The government has finally acquired shares of Bishal Bazar Company Limited, worth Rs 3.96 billion, after the company started implementing an order of Supreme Court regarding the share dispute.

Bishal Bazar Company is trading infrastructure complex is one of the most favorite shopping complex of the Kathmandu . It was established in 2026 BS. Its current paid up capital is 49,140,000 and is listed in NEPSE . Its stock symbol "BBC". This shopping complex is located at heart of Kathmandu i.e in New Road. There are altogether 379 commercial shops & godwon in this shopping complex.
